I took my 2001 Ford Focus to Transmissions Only after another popular local shop on Auburn Blvd told me my Focus needed a new rebuilt transmission for $2481.75 plus hard parts. Tom diagnosed and repaired my transmission for $405.00. It needed a speed sensor, temperature sensor, a left axle seal, new ATF fluid and filter change. I highly recommend Transmissions Only to all car owners as they are competent, honest, and provide great customer service for a fair price. I certainly will use them again for any future transmission service in my 4 car family

Like all the rest of the transmission problems on this page my 2004 Chevy Silverado transmission was slipping. I was thankfully led to Transmissions Only by another unnamed buisiness. They originally told me to trade the truck in and hand the problem over to someone else. That suggestion was outside of my intregrity and cost. I went to Tom and he checked it out and had it back to better than new in only an hour! What a great business. I never felt taken advantage of. They are definitly very informative before and after they took care of my truck. I will always take my cars to Transmissions Only for repair and recommend you to all of my friends

I brought my 2001 Chevy Tahoe because my transmission was slipping intermittently. The dealership quoted me a price that was unrealistic just to diagnose. I even looked at some of the other transmission shops that I will not mention, not worth the time. After my initial phone conversation with Tom, he was informative and provided excellent customer service. The shop did an outstanding job and I didn't have to spend a my mortgage payment for the repair. I highly recommend this shop and will be doing business with them again. Tom and Stacy, the owners of Transmissions only are the best! No matter where you're located it is worth getting your car or truck to these guys. First, my 2003 Chevy Silverado was really messed up, every gear but 2nd was shot. I had no idea what I was in for at the shop. When I called it was Sunday and the shop was closed but the call was routed to the owners cell phone and she agreed to allow meet my tow truck driver there and open it up to accept my vehicle. What service! Next within the first day they had it Tom the other owner called me with my estimate. It was quite reasonable, and despite the great price I was up front and said I just couldnt afford the work. Then they surprised me again, Tom said he'd give me a call back and after some groundwork by his wife Stacy they helped put me in touch with some companies that aided me in coming up with the remaining funds to do the job! Score! Tom took the time to really explain in detail why each part needed replacement. He was very patient with my questions considering I had a lot because im not a" car guy". The truck was finished in no time and I was really pleased the the work that was performed. This company is also the only one that offers extended warranties without charging an extra arm and a leg. All in all this is the place is where you want to go for quality, professional, and honest repair work. I would reccomend Transmissions Only to anyone in need of transmission work. First of all my car is an old car. I have had it for 4 years and have never had any problems. This year, my transmission went out and I knew I was going to have to have it rebuilt. My husband got onto google and searched for the best shop for the job. Since Transmissions Only was the first one to pop up, we decided we would try it. After taking my car in and meeting the personnel, I knew that my car was in great hands! Friday 3/4/11 my car was put into their shop for a rebuilt. It was finished by 3/11/11. After leaving, my old car was running like a brand new car again, I was thrilled. On Monday 3/14/11, an incident happened where a guy at a smog shop disregarded the instructions I had given him and he ended up messing up the transmission. I took it back to Transmissions Only and they went above and beyond to fix what damage was done and point another problem that had happened while in the other gentlemen's care. It is safe to say that this is the ONLY place I will be bringing my care to when it comes to my Transmission! They are superb at their job and the personnel are the most friendly people I have ever met!

My son took his camaro there and was really satified with their work,so when my tranny went bad on my '88 blazer,my son said take it to transmissions only and I did--not only did they do a great job,but it was cheaper than any other place--now I am taking my van to them also--I know they will do an excellent job--Thanks Tom&Jim

My daughter's car died, out of town, due to the lack of oil in the engine. When I discussed the situation with Stacey and Tom, they guided me through with a solution in my best interests, not theirs. They were honest and extremely helpful to me. I highly recommend them!!

i had my truck worked on a full rebuilt on my tranny it took them only 3 days to have done and they worked with me n the pricing and how to find a loan place to be able to get the money to pay for the work, they are very kind and honest people. i recommend them to everyone i know because of how well they took care of me and my truck.
